- For Stipendiary Trainee Category-I & Scientific Assistant/ B posts: Candidates who have Diploma in Chemical/ Civil/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Control / Mechanical Engineering/ Instrumentation Technology or B.Sc in Chemistry are eligible for BARC Jobs 2022.
- For Stipendiary Trainee Category-II & Technician posts: Candidates who are HSC/SSC & ITI pass outs in relevant field are eligible for BARC Jobs 2022.

Selected candidates in Stipendiary Trainee Category-I can earn Rs.16,000/- per month in 1st year and Rs.18,000/- in 2nd year. Selected candidates in Stipendiary Trainee Category-II can earn Rs.10,500/- in 1st year and Rs.12,500/- in 2nd year. Selected candidates in Scientific Assistant can earn Rs.35,400/-. Selected candidates in Technician/B can earn Rs.21,700/-.
